圆形镀锌风管是传统通风管道类型，凭借风阻小、抗侧压能力强的特点，多用于除尘、排烟、小型通风系统等场景。常见规格以直径标注，标准化直径序列覆盖100mm至2000mm，具体包括100、120、150、200、250、300、350、400、450、500、550、600、630、700、800、900、1000、1100、1200、1250、1400、1500、1600、1800、2000，部分大型工程还会用到2200mm、2500mm的超大直径风管。圆形风管的厚度与直径匹配设计：直径≤300mm时，常用0.5mm厚镀锌板；300mm＜直径≤1000mm时，采用0.6mm或0.75mm厚；直径＞1000mm时，多选用1.0mm、1.2mm甚至1.5mm厚，避免高压下管道变形。
